Space image sequences enhancement and super-resolution reconstruction include the image denoising, deblurring, target detection, target extraction, enhancement, reconstruction and other treatment methods and techniques-through the use of computers. The uneven illumination, low-resolution image sequences into high-quality high-resolution images. Enhancement and super-resolution reconstruction algorithm is mainly research space motion image sequences of this paper, solving images with noise, fuzzy, uneven illumination and low resolution problem. The main work done as follows:(1) We proposed a spatial motion image brightness enhancement algorithm based on Retinex theory. Through improvements to existing algorithms can eliminate or weaken the cause of uneven illumination image or dark and overexposed or uneven. The image is decomposed into luminance unevenness into incident and reflected components by high-pass filter component, varying the ratio of the incident and the reflected image component among the image components to achieve image enhancement experimental purposes. By introducing the reflected component smooth adjustment function processing area, improve detail and contrast characteristics of the moving image in flat areas, areas of uneven brightness compensation processing. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm compared to the multi-scale color Retinex and histogram equalization algorithm, MS SIM indicators were increased by15%and20%, respectively, in terms of PSNR improved5%and10%, respectively, in terms of information entropy index improved by7%and12%.(2) We proposed a fast and efficient high dynamic range reconstruction model based on brightness compensation and multi-source bidirectional similarity (MBDS). By introducing the exposure value detecting function, the dynamic image sequence with different exposure values is divided into the high-exposure images, the low-exposure images and the reasonable exposure images. Considering that the brightness dynamic range is an important factor which greatly influences the image visual effect and its rich information contents, we improve the image brightness by the brightness enhancement algorithm for the low-exposure images. By combining the exposure value detecting and the brightness enhancement, it could improve the time efficiency and the block matching accuracy for the high dynamic range reconstruction algorithm based on MBDS, and also the artifacts and shake phenomenon produced in the reconstruction process could be reduced. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model could achieve better exposure compensation, which obtains more reasonable image brightness and much richer image details information. Experimental results show that:the proposed algorithm compared to the multi-scale Retinex color and image reconstruction algorithm based on block matching in the average structural similarity index increased by20%and10%, respectively, in terms of peak signal to noise ratio improved by11%and4%, respectively, in terms of information entropy improved by8%and4%, respectively, at an average gradient indicators improved by50%and30%.(3) We proposed a super-resolution image reconstruction algorithm significant sequence-based target detection, the algorithm by selecting the appropriate threshold, the color image is converted to grayscale images, image sequences to detect and extract the moving target, the target transformation through Shearlet regional enhancement, image edge regions not special treatment. This algorithm improves the image sequence super-resolution reconstruction operation efficiency, and the reconstruction process does not require accurate motion estimation, to keep the details of the characteristics of the image, Gaussian noise filtered out, a group of low-resolution images can be reconstructed into a high-resolution frame rate images. Experimental results show that the super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on significant proposed target detection than iterative back projection algorithm, POCS algorithm and Papoulis-Genchberg algorithm, peak signal indicators were increased by7%,8%,9%in terms of average structural similarity index increased by4%,3%,3%.(4) Designed and developed a system based on the enhancement and reconstruction of a moving image sequence, the above algorithm has been tested to verify the experimental results show that the algorithm processing space above the moving image sequences have good results, can guarantee to provide high quality information on space cooperation moving image.
