With the development of society, mobile communication technology plays a more and more important role in people’s business life. In the twenty-first century,3G and4G technologies promoted by3GPP (3rd Generation Partner Project)have made great strides in development. However, in public safety scenario, the development of mobile communication technology is relatively lagging, and performance in emergency rescue and disaster relief and other special circumstances need to be improved. In view of this, the3GPP started the work of D2D standardization in Public Safety (PS) scenario. The main content of this paper is to study resource allocation algorithms of D2D technology in PS scenario. Firstly, I introduce the purpose, meaning and present situation of D2D technology. Then, TD-LTE communication system is illustrated, including physical layer structure, physical layer process and so on. Next, I develop a system level simulation platform on the condition of3GPP TR36.843document. In the following moment, this paper focuses on the study of proximity device discovery, mainly on the resource allocation algorithms. Finally, this paper finished the system level simulation of D2D unicast and broadcast communication. In order to study the resource allocation algorithms of D2D broadcast, this paper compared3kinds of algorithms and proposed some valuable suggestions. This paper has a good relationship with the3GPP standard requirements, which has great engineering significance. Through simulation experiments, the proposed adaptive resource allocation mechanism based on time window has the advantages of strong adaptability, quick discovery speed and so on. By comparison of simulation results, it is proposed that hybrid resource allocation algorithm mechanism in D2D discovery is hopeful.
