With the development of Internet, it brings people profits and convenience. More and more advertisers use accurate IP geolocation to push the accurate advertisement to the proper users. Network security people use accurate IP geolocation to determine the location of network crash, then timely discharge network error. So the IP geolocation technology is more and more important. Scholars and researchers have never stopped on IP geolocation technology.With the development of IP geolocation technology, it appears many excellent IP geolocation products. Although these products are excellent, limitations are also exists. So we first review the early development of IP geolocation technology which is based on some registered information, then we introduce the IP geolocation technology which is based on measurement by measuring the time delay between the networks and simulating network topology method to locate. Then it leads to our main content of project and research, an integrated IP geolocation system. The integrated system need to collect a lot of excellent IP geolocation databases, WHOIS and other registered information as the source data. After establishing the integrated database, we still need to update the database every day. There are three main parts.Firstly, study and realize to obtain the core data source of IP geolocation, the architecture and accomplishment of distributed crawler, methods of breakthrough in related website security measures, solution of solving "conflict" between different data. The works allow our IP geolocation in a relatively comprehensive and accurate.Secondly, study and realize the problem of low efficiency of IP query with large records. Describe the principle and method to realize it by High frequency IP cache strategy, HASH query and caching strategy. Finally effectively improves the efficiency of IP query.Lastly, study and realize the SVD-like algorithm by confidence and accuracy to achieve the best geolocation results, effectively improve the positioning accuracy of result.
