For cars traveling on the highway, due to tire failure, the proportion of accidents is46%;Flat tire caused the accident which accounted for70%of this data, the importance of tiresafety system based on paper relies on Shanxi Science and Technology Innovation Project(20120020), Tire active safety systems research protection, for a small sharp object of roadvehicle, proposed an improved Sobel and MSR algorithm theory, and simulation andexperimental validation of image in processing. The results show that: the algorithm in thissystem is feasible; this technique also achieved good results.The thesis analysis and research on the basic theory of the involved in the system,analysis ranging principle of human vision, Design and implementation of vehicle road sharpobject identification overall machine vision systems, based on this theory, as the subject ofcritical hardware devices, CCD vision sensor plays the role of vertical distance, then therelevant parameters ranging in accurate positioning, and establishment a measurement model,this model is based on estimated travel constraints road longitudinal distance vision,in orderto achieve accurate measurement of the vehicle and the road surface longitudinal sharpobjects in real-time distance.Secondly,analysis and research on the road of small sharp object in image orientation,noise reduction, and other key technologies to enhance. In enhanced noise reductionprocessing technology, firstly linear filtering, nonlinear filtering, Butterworth, homomorphicfiltering, SSR, MSR and other noise enhancement methods were compared, the better-MSRalgorithm in image processing was improved and optimization, MSR algorithm derivedcorresponding improvement optimized and well applied to road vehicles sharp objects toenhance the image noise reduction processing.Finally, for image is capture by sharp objects to determine the technical operations of theregional location, to make the sharp object image area in all directions all have focused on the extraction of a sharp object image is very helpful, the extracted sharp objects image is of greathelp, We decided to be related to the optimization and improvement, we use the improvedSobel algorithm, and based on subjective and objective indicators related to its evaluation.Experimental results show that the algorithm can also be good to meet project needs.
