With the rapid development of wireless network and the popularity of intelligent mobile terminal, web browsing, file downloads, and video business become indispensable applications for people’s daily life. However, the contradiction that between the scarcity of wireless resource, the polytropy of wireless environment and the increasing demand of high service experience quality bring challenges to the development of large traffic business. In order to control the service’s Quality of Experience (QoE) more easily, we introduce the Open Wireless Network (OWN). In response to the above problems, this paper has done the following researches:1. This paper has proposed a kind of video service QoE evaluation model, and introduced a kind of web browsing, file download service QoE evaluation model, for Open Wireless Network controller. The QoE evaluation model of web browsing and file download maps the Mean Opinion Score (Mean Opinion Score, MOS) of service and service rate; furthermore, we have applied a kind of fast, efficient full video quality assessment algorithm to evaluate the QoE of video service, calling Fast Structure Similarity (Fast Structure Similarity Index Measurement, FSSIM) algorithm. And this paper has proposed a mapping model between the MOS value and video quality evaluated by FSSIM.2. Combined with wireless network framework and based on B CPSO algorithm, putting forward the cross-layer scheduling strategy for the user experience under the open wireless network. This scheme comprehensively optimize the use of wireless resources through business QoE evaluation model, extracting application layer service QoE values, in combination with the media access control layer and physical layer parameters. On the basis of this, we have formulated the cross-layer resource allocation problem, and solve this problem through Binary Constrained Particle Swarm Optimization (B_CPSO). Then we can get the optimal solution of cross-layer scheduling problem and implement the QoE-Oriented cross-layer resource allocation scheme over Open Wireless Network controller. At last, we use matlab to simulate the proposed scheme, and the simulation results show that under the guarantee of system throughput, the average user experience of the system can be effectively improved, and the optimization of better results can been achieved. |
