Opportunistic network, which has "store, carry, forward" communication characteristic, provide a great solution for communication via Delay tolerant network. Utilizing the mobility of node in network can communicate with a certain probability. Opportunistic network does not require the quality of the network, which can adapt to the needs of ad hoc network and has the very high use value for the future communication network, Internet of Things and Wireless Sensor Network. But because of the limit of network node ability, when the expansion of the network size, network performance will decline sharply, Therefore, a better design of opportunity network architecture to enhance the performance has become a key research directions.Hierarchical opportunistic network architecture is a hot research currently, the mainstream thought is establish or select special nodes in the network, to coordinate and manage the communication of other nodes. Therefore, the key technology of Hierarchical opportunistic network architecture is the way special nodes establish or select.This research proposes a fixed infrastructure nodes detection algorithm based on the maximum encounter probability, using the message exchange point detecttion algorithm,based on actual human social activities trajectory data base, to improve the network information success forwarding rate, determining the location of fixed infrastructure nodes in network topology.Starting from the mobility and objective of nodes, we present the Gateway node selection algorithm based on minimum self-transition probability, which is used for auxiliary infrastructure nodes, improve the success forwarding rate among communities. This research make statistical analysis of the original GPS data, by software programming, provide the realization of selection algorithms and selection results. In order to verify the functionality and performance, the result is tested in ONE simulation platform. It proves that the scheme based on the trajectory of human activities, can effectively improve the success forwarding rate, reduce network delay. In the end,this paper introduced existing opportunistic network experiment platform, provides the design method of hierarchical architecture and implementation scheme and implementation of gateway communication through the Internet or LAN fixed cluster nodes. Then a hierarchical network demo with this clustering strategy is built to verify the correctness and efficiency of this design.
