Under the premise by introducing opportunistic cognitive user, Cognitive radio technology can efficiently use existing spectrum holes to avoid interference with the primary user to work, thus greatly improving network efficiency. As an important branch of the interference mitigation technology by many researchers at home and abroad, cognitive radio technology has caused continuous and widespread attention, and in this article we will conduct in-depth study.The paper first of all describes the key technology of the cognitive radio and the system model, as well as introduces the summary of the typical cognitive radio interference mitigation technology.Meanwhile, the paper presents the principle of OFDM technology, so that understand the cognitive interference source of OFDM system, as well as introduces the interference source of the cognitive OFDM system. We presents the principle of the MIMO communication technology, as well as introduces the interference source of the system.The paper proposes a new interference mitigation algorithm to the MIMO-OFDM cognitive radio system. We investigate an interference mitigation technique (AIC-PR:AIC-phase rotation) to reduce the interference caused by high OFDM sidelobes to the primary users in CR-MIMO-OFDM systems. The new technique is proposed with aims to generate deep spectral notch for CR-MIMO system and does not affect the rate of the system.
