In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, licenses were issued in the4G network environment, China is ushering in a new VoIP business opportunities and challenges. With the extensive development of IP telephony services, VoIP will involve all aspects of corporate and personal life, due to increased demand for voice services and its enhanced status and role in the production of life, safety and quality of our VoIP services proposed the new requirements.For the background issues, combined with the situation of today’s domestic VoIP systems development, through learning to existing VoIP systems and VoIP software on the current use and research, this paper designed a mechanism to meet the security needs of VoIP security. In addition, based on the Android platform, apply this mechanism to the phone smart terminal equipment and develope a collection of traditional calling features and security mechanisms article IP calling software. In addition to meeting basid functions as call, answer, transfer, address book and call history records check, etc., also realize the mechanisms to protect VoIP account security and voice security.With study of the SIP Protocol, we have enhanced original SIP certification process. We add the authentication process to server for each SIP process (registration, session establishment and session dismantle) to ensure the correctness of each flow of operations for SIP. In addition, the paper proposes a voice encryption method and designs a suitable choice of the encryption algorithm to encrypt voice over IP, and through the use of SIP registration process to issue the process for transmission of voice encryption key. The system also provides the voice aspect and adds support for G.729and iLBC coding and support TLS transport modes. To sum up, the system protects the security of VoIP communications from the signaling security and voice security aspects.
