Satellite navigation and positioning technology is able to provide all-weather, high-precision, real-time positioning, navigation and timing sevices. Ithas been widely used in military and civilian fields.At present, our own BEIDOUgeneration system has been application for years and played a significant role inthe past.COMPASS system is still in the development stage.In this context,thispaper conducts the research to satellite positioning solution algorithm andsimulation anlysis to the algorithm.In this paper,it analysis the composition,the charactersitics and thepositioning principle of the existing four global navigation.At the same time,thispaper introduces the time system and the coordinate system of the system withoperation system.The standard provide a unified standard for modeling andsimulation.Then this paper has the pseudo-distance positioning priciple to anlysisderivation for the Beidou system. Based on the principle of pseudo-rangeposition principle, this paper has the mathematical derivation to positioningmethod to Beidou system and COMPASS. According to different sources of thesatellite error, this paper analysis the feneration mechanis and povide thecorresponding treatment. Based on the summary and anlysis, this paper hasdetailed derivation and simulation analysis to the algorithms of Beidou satelliteposioning solution, including least square and the Kalman fiter.In this process,the paper has detailde the detailed derivation to GDOP. It is proved that thesmaller GDOP value and the higher accuacy. Based on the derivation to GDOP,this paper provide the method for rapid satellite selection. And it analysis theresult of the simulation and prove its feasibity.
