The Research On A Pressure Balance Method And Pressure Sensor Under The Condition Of Deep Ocean

The deep-ocean pressure detection must both withstand and measurethe high pressure of deep-ocean and detect the small change of pressure.This is the difficulty which the ocean pressure sensor faces between largemeasurement scale and high sensitivity.The paper focuses on the problemand carries out the research.First of all, Through the contrast analysis of various pressurebalance device, combined with the existing research results, the rollingdiaphragm is chosen as pressure balance device to make the sensorwithstand high pressure. Based on the compressibility, the paper analyzesthe various factors that affect the oil compression and finds out therelationship between them and the oil compressed volume, then theworking volume of pressure balance device is calculated and the designcriteria of pressure balance device used with rolling diaphragm is putforward according to the characteristics of the rolling diaphragm.Secondly, the rubber material is chosen which is suitable to make therolling diaphragm according to the special circumstance of the deep ocean.The stress analysis and ANSYS simulation are carried out on the rollingdiaphragm, which can make the balance device have the minimalinfluence on the sensor precision and work steady.Then analyze the stress and strain of the sensitive diaphragm underpressure. Combined the piezoresistive effect, a sensitive diaphragm isdesigned which can measure the slight pressure change. The pressuresignal is transformed into the electrical signal. The measurement of slightpressure is done through setting the sensitive diaphragm on rollingdiaphragm.Finally, combined the pressure balance device used with rollingdiaphragm with the sensitive diaphragm, the structure design of the oceanpressure sensor is offered.
