With the development of science and technology, miniature products appear more and more, such as the micro projector of the early21st century. Compared with the traditional projector, the micro projector has the characteristics of smaller volume, lower power consumption, longer service life etc, which has been more and more important.With the use of micro projector, the volume of measurement hardware system becomes smaller, which makes the portable3D measurement be possible. Based on the micro projector, this paper has studied a kind of non-contact3D measurement device by means of the phase method, and completed the design of the portable3D measurement system hardware and software for testing.The main works are as follows:(1) Analyzed and discusse the current research of non-contact3-d measurement based on a lot of references from domestic and foreign country;(2) Compared the advantages and disadvantages between the phase shift method and the FTP method through theoretical and experimental analysis, to determine the main direction of the research;(3) Using the eight chain code method to obtain the object contours form in order to determine the region to unwrap phase, which solves the phase problem caused by the shadow of the object’s edge;(4) Put forward the measurement method for adaptive color objects overcomed the drawbacks of using the white powder spraying color objects;(5) Explored the use of flexible grating and put forward the method of computer calculate surface inclination:(6) Completed camera calibration and achieved the sub-pixel corner acquisition;(7) Designed the portable3D measurement system and completed the software development using micro projector;(8) Analyzed the calibration error used simple measuring experiment device and displayed the measurement results.
