In the control field, time-delay almost exists in the all control systems. Thisphenomenon is one of the main sources of poor performance or even instability of thesystems. Therefore, some important theoretical significance exists in studying oftime-delay control systems. With the development of industrial control, the controlsystems are becoming more and more complex, and classical control theory in controlsystems exists some deficiencies, especially in the systems of some structureduncertainties. There is a unique advantage in modern control theory in this area. Inrecent years, the research, based on modern control theory of time-delay systems, hasbecome a hot research topic. How to reduce the conservative also becomes a focus forscientists. In recent years, a lot of achievements are obtained in time-delay systems. Forexample, a few years ago, a new method was proposed, which decomposedtime-delay into several parts to study, and achieved good results. However, whenusing this method to study, a large number of literature, which can be found in SCI,EI, exist a common technical error. Naturally, the given results are incorrect. Basedon the research of a number of important domestic and foreign literature, the problemin existing papers in derivation of stability criterion is solved by choosing appropriateLyapunov-Krasovskii functional and combining common inequality. The dissertation consists of the following components:1. Background and significance of time-delay systems are described, andsubsequently time-delay systems in current research are reviewed, preliminaryknowledge and some common Lemmas are introduced.2. By using an appropriate bounding technology, the problems in derivation ofstability criterion are solved. A less conservative time-delay dependent stabilitycriterion is obtained, and then the method is extended to the uncertain time-delaysystem parameters.3. Uncertainty delay systems with external disturbances are studied. Theimproved method is used in uncertainty delay systems, and a stability criterionmeeting the given H∞performance requirements is obtained. Finally, a controller isdesigned. 4. Improved methods have been studied in a network control system. Thenetwork control system stability is analyzed and the controller is designed, theeffectiveness of the controller design can be shown through some examples. Thesimulation diagram illustrates the feasibility of the designed controller...
