With the developing requirement of control performance to automation technology,automatic control technology and industry production, the electric actuators have beendeveloped rapidly. Under the modern fierce market competition situation, making theenterprise bigger and stronger and enhancing the market competitiveness is a necessarystep. Research&development of miniaturization, integration, intelligence electric actuatorproducts which are suitable for special environment, especially for the inflammable andexplosive environment and expanding the market survival space have become thenecessary research subjects.This article analyzes the present situation of domestic market demand, complies withincreasing and improving measures of the environmental protection desulphurization ofdifferent power plants, learns from the successful experience of domestic and overseasproducts and finally we research and develop the explosion-proof electric actuator. Thecharacter is small volume, stable mechanical structure, strong reliability and it is suitablefor inflammable and explosive field environment. The project adopts small size motorcontrol, manual/automatic clutch system, over-torque protection, two stages of worm geardrive technology, forming on-off type, modulating type and other multiple specifications ofproducts.This design can reach the international similar products and solve the miniaturizationand explosion-proof problems, it can fill the gap of domestic related fields and has a broadmarket prospects.
