Spectrum resources become increasingly scarce,with the rapid development ofcommunication technology. But the study found that the main cause of the shortage ofspectrum resources is the authorized user takes up most of the spectrum resources and theunreasonable way of spectrum allocation lead to the spectrum resources can not be make fulluse. In order to solve the problem of low spectrum utilization that caused by fixed spectrumallocation, the cognitive radio arises at the historic moment. Cognitive radio technology isconsidered to be the most effective technology to solve the spectrum tense. It can intelligentpercepts the wireless communication environment, and based on some learning anddecision-making algorithms, real-time adaptive change the system parameters, dynamicdetection and effective use of idle spectrum. As one of the key techniques in the study of thecognitive radio, the spectrum allocation technology is an important research subject. spectrumallocation in cognitive radio technology is studied in this paper, the specific work is asfollows:This article introduces the research significance, development, principle, classificationand several kinds of spectrum allocation model of cognitive radio spectrum allocationtechnology, and the mathematical description of spectrum allocation based on graph theorymodel and evaluation method firstly. Then, the application of cognitive radio spectrumallocation technology is analyzed. To illustrate the application of cognitive radio spectrumallocation technology fields will be more and more widely.The third chapter of this paper firstly introduces the basic principle and characteristicsof genetic algorithm and its application in cognitive radio spectrum allocation. Then theconcept of golden ratio and hybrid adaptive was introduced to improve the genetic algorithm.The performances of the improved algorithm are simulated, the simulation results show thatthe adaptive genetic algorithm based on the golden ratio can overcome the defect of basicgenetic algorithm fall into local optimal solution easily in a certain extent, and improve thefairness of cognitive users directly. Finally introduces the simulated annealing algorithm. TheMetroplis accepted norms and annealing mechanism of simulated annealing algorithm is usedto improved genetic algorithm, the simulation prove that good results have been achieved: notonly can avoid falling into the local optimal solution, but also can improve the convergenceefficiency of the algorithm.The fourth chapter of this paper firstly introduces the basic principle of the basic particle swarm algorithm and its application in spectrum allocation. Then introduce the theory ofquantum to improve the particle swarm algorithm. Finally, the particle swarm optimization(pso) algorithm and basic genetic algorithm (ga) to carry on the fusion, and the fusionalgorithm is applied to cognitive radio spectrum allocation. The performances of system totalbandwidth efficiency and time cost were analyzed simulated. Fusion algorithm is proved bysimulation that it not only can reduce the time overhead, but also can improve the efficiencyof the system.
