In the alcohol industry of our country, there are many difficult problems to meet the demand of social development, such as, low level of quality and safety control, rapid detection ability is insufficient, the related detection technology and equipments are poor, and so on. Therefore, we urgently need a new effective detection method. This paper focuses on the demand for rapid detection of Chinese Spirits, and we have designed a new type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor array which is composed of eight kinds of affinity type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor and very sensitive to the liquor product material. We carried out detection and identification tests on the53°old white Fen Fen,53°Maotai Liquor and53°Luzhou Wuliangye, achieved the purpose of rapid detection and identification to these three kinds of liquor.And we got the preparation and formula of polymer film coating.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Analysed the working principle of a new type of polymer piezoelectric quartz sensor array. Based on quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) principle,we designed the structure of this new polymer quartz piezoelectric sensors, and designed a new sensor array which is consists of eight kinds of affinity quartz piezoelectric polymer film sensors.(2) Through the use of vacuum electron beam dispersion coating technology and independent research and development of vacuum electron beam dispersion coating equipment, we prepared8film coating polymers which are polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyethylene, polytetra, polystyrene, polyurethane, polypropylene and polystyrene-divinyl benzene. This8kinds of polymer films coating surface morphology were characterized through the use of BY2000AFM. The results showed that the polymer film coating structure is very close to the structure of the material itself, and the thickness of the coating has good uniformity.(3) When using the new type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor array which is composed of eight kinds of affinity type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor to test the53°old white Fen Fen, we found that the frequency of the signal which is output from the8-channel sensor array during the cleaning phase of the detection increase gradually then leveled off. And during adsorption phase of the detection, output frequency change trend has leveled off after the first decreases. These measured results coincide with theoretical analysis, Showing the reasonableness of the design and development of new polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor array. When using the new type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor array which is composed of eight kinds of affinity type polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor to test the53°old white Fen Fen,53°Maotai Liquor and53°Luzhou Wuliangye, we found that the frequency values of the three kinds output signal is obviously different. So we can well identify and distinguish this three kinds of Chinese spirits, Showing the practicality of the design and development of new polymer quartz piezoelectric sensor array.(4) Using finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the model of the new type of polymer PTFE quartz piezoelectric sensor and conducting a simulation of its own vibrational state, we found that stretching deformation in the Z direction is the main deformation for the structural model, and its vibration frequency is9.996358MHz. The difference between the Natural frequency value as the real test and the frequency value obtained by the simulation is very small, which is only0.16%oo.
