| With the development of the times and technology, the Internet has infiltrated thesociety. At the same time, information is growing at a rapid exponential growth,"Information Trek" and "information overload" has become a huge obstacle forsearching the information. Various search engines came into service on the Internet anddevelops rapidly. In general, the usage of Google, Baidu and other search system tomeet the basic needs for searching information, but users have a more professional,accurate query requirements for specific message. In this aspect, such search engineshave no advantage.Topic Search engines focus on accuracy and depth of searching professionalinformation. It has become an important tool for professional inquiries. This article isbased on Lucene full-text search engine toolkit and it is designed for the specific needsof search engine theme. Theme crawler is the data source for search engine, the beststart crawling strategy based on an evaluation of the linked page is proposed, the URLqueue implementation depends on a weighted theme crawlers, experiments show thatthe algorithm can collect message related to theme effectively. What is more, thisarticle is mainly analysis index creating and searching based on Lucene. BecauseLucene has a disadvantage for Chinese word segmentation, IKAnalyzer is analyzedand used instead. The others, mobile application developing based on Android hasbeen probed. Discuss the HTTP communication between client and server.
