Three-phase Medium Frequency Power Supply as an important power supply, isan electronic devices which can bring power frequency into medium power, is widelyused in areas which requires for high quality of power such as aircraft, ships, vehicles.It provides radar many sophisticated sonar electronics, communications equipmentand other loads the task of providing high-quality electricity. In the request withstrong unbalanced load, stable, pure sine wave at the same time, it also takes theadvantages of a compact, easy to control, real-time control, and so on.Comparedwith the traditional analog control’s shortcomings, such as: difficult to debug,components easy to aging, digital control system advantages of its high integration,flexible control. It provides the possible to achieve the advanced algorithms and highquality.DSP has a powerful digital signal processing and data computing capabilities, sothe research of this thesis is to design a three-phase medium frequency power supplybased on DSP digital control.Firstly, the thesis gives a detailed introduction of the structure of the three-phasemedium frequency power supply system. In contrast the advantages anddisadvantages of different modular structure, the basis of comprehensiveconsideration of the technical requirements, I select a new type of inverterarchitecture-modular structure. The structure can be better achieved with a strongand flexible control unbalanced load and other technical requirements. Then thesisdesigned specifications of the main circuit parameters and device selection.Secondly, according to the technical specifications of the three-phase mediumfrequency power supply, thesis completes hardware and software design of the controlsystem. The hardware system includes DSP minimum system, power conversioncircuit, a protection circuit, a sample conditioning circuit, the driving circuit. Softwaredesign processes includes the main program, SPWM generator, PID controlalgorithm. Finally, this thesis uses the MATLAB and SIMULINK to make the simulationmodel of the three-phase medium frequency power supply. Through the simulationwaveform analysis, the thesis proved feasibility and effectiveness of the design andestablished a solid foundation for the following three-phase medium frequencydesign.
