Cloud Storage And Integrity Research Of Data In PDM Based On NoSQL Technology

With MBD(Model Based Definition) technology applied in large or medium-sizedequipment manufacturing enterprises, Product Data Management System (PDMS) based onRelational Data Base (RDB) faces two major challenges: One is the issues of big datamanagement through long-term accumulation. The second is, because of full participation ofenterprise users, the performance bottleneck problems such as high concurrency read andwrite in PDM. Therefore, as one of the core platform software in manufacturing enterprises,improvement for the PDMS is directly related to economic and social benefit of equipmentmanufacturing enterprises.Based on analyzing the concept and function of PDM technology firstly, and combiningwith four layers structure of cloud storage, the PDMS based on Enterprise Private Cloud(EPC) architecture is expounded in detail. In order to achieve the PPCS at the bottom, a PDMDistributed File System (PDFS) architecture is proposed based on NoSQL in the paper, andthe composition and function of each part was introduced in detail.For the distributed file system, the first thing to solve the problem is balancing allocationfor PDM data. In this paper, combining with the structure and characteristics of distributedfile system is put forward, and defined the concept of data block heat and shard heat, a dataequalization algorithm based on the heat feedback is proposed. An algorithm to ensure thatthe data distribution is balanced, at the same time, to a certain extent that improves the serverload balance.For loose consistency configuration of NoSQL cannot satisfy requirements under theEPC environment of PDMS for data integrity, combining with the principle of Trigger andAuthenticated Data Structure (ADS), a model of integrity checking and controlling based ontrusted log is proposed. It well meets security requirement of the data integrity in the processof enterprise users’ interaction in the data.PDMS based on NoSQL and EPC is a very complex system, which involves manycomplicated concepts and techniques. In this article only to some of the key technologies are studied, and at the end of paper work summary and conclusion, all kinds of key technologyand the technical route of the implementation of PDMS based on EPC are discussed in detailin this paper.
