The development of laser radar ranging technology provides a new technical way for the acquisition of3D data, which can make people change the way to obtain data from the traditional artificial single point data acquisition to the continuous automatic data acquisition. This technology greatly improve the speed and accuracy of the measurement.Three dimensional reconstruction has been widely concerned because of the high accuracy3D data of real scene obtained by this technique. In this paper, we have studied the three dimensional reconstruction based on the two-dimensional laser radar data and the main content summarized as follows:Firstly, in the data collection, we presents using a two dimensional laser radar method for three dimensional data acquisition, and use a tripod vertically moving mechanism to complete the three dimensional data acquisition.Secondly, in data preprocessing, after analysising the point cloud data types and characteristics, according to the characteristics of the lidar data, we denoised the data by the chordal deviation method and smoothed the data by the median filter. and then after analysising common streamline algorithms, we proposed a streamline algorithm based on the minimum distance streamline algorithm.Thirdly, in three dimensional reconstruction, according to the nature of the data and the complexity of the algorithm, we use grid methods to reconstruction. After analysising the Voronoi diagram and the Delaunay triangulation algorithm, we have proposed a Crust algorithm based on them for three dimensional reconstruction. This algorithm can quickly and effectively achieve the reconstruction by point cloud datas. Finally, we have designed a three dimensional reconstruction system by Matlab software GUI tool. We use the data pre-processing and three dimensional reconstruction algorithms which we have used before in this system. The system can be completed all of the links from the original data to finish the three dimensional reconstruction.
