In order to better satisfy continuous improvement of service requirement in mobile Internet age,3GPP launched Long Term Evolution project, pointing out clear direction for mobile communication industry. With the large scale of network, problems in the network optimization tend to diversity and complexity. How to improve the network quality and performance of service has become a hot topic.Optimal Configuration of radio parameters is an important aspect of mobile communication network in maintenance and optimization. In the early construction period of TD-LTE network, a simulation-based or manual configuration method has been adopted. To solve the problems of low efficiency, low accuracy and high dependency, scene-oriented optimal configuration of TD-LTE radio parameters subsystem, which was an important part of TD-LTE network optimization tools, was developed and implemented. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the technical route for scene-oriented optimal configuration of TD-LTE radio parameters was put forward by researching on factors which affect TD-LTE network performance indices. First of all, the scene covered by TD-LTE network was recognized by using the algorithm of geographic scene automatic recognizing and OpenCV visual library. Next, according the system level simulation results, multi-dimensional designed and correlation model constructed between radio parameters and network key performance indices. Then candidate matching templates could be obtained by using similarity matching technology. Finally, configure radio parameters for target network elements quickly and accurately by using the method of cosine similarity and weighted average. Then parameters have been recommended could be analyzed. Secondly, the technologies involved in scene-oriented optimal configuration for TD-LTE radio parameters were designed and implemented, including geographic scene automatic recognizing、 OpenCV approximate contour extraction、the definition of scene tree and its similarity、service forecast、scene-oriented parameters configuration.Thirdly, according the technologies introduced above, scene-oriented optimal configuration of TD-LTE radio parameters subsystem was developed and implemented by using C++programming language、SQL Server database、MapXtreme geographic information system and OpenCV visual library. This system includes several modules, such as data management、information management、preprocessing layer、 geographic scene automatic recognizing、scenario parameters recommend and parameters comparative analysis/check.Scene-oriented optimal configuration of TD-LTE radio parameters subsystem has been developed to solve the current problems of network optimization. The system can recognize geographic scene automatically and recommend parameters for network elements quickly by using Chengdu GIS map, which meets project target effectively. The research results of the thesis provide efficient and effective means of optimization and support for the construction and commercial of TD-LTE network.
