Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of information technology, especially Internet, people’s daily life has been changed dramatically in recent years. In particular, now many governments and firms mainly employ electronic document based on computer, instead of the original paper office. In this way, it is easy to store and copy the electronic document with a powerful storage of computer software and hardware, thus largely saving costs of information storage and transfer. Nevertheless, it is much difficult for leakage protection of the electronic document resource, which has been a key research direction in information security. In addition, Internet also spreads a variety of information including some bad ones in electronic document. Under this condition, how to protect and classify these electronic documents for users is an important issue we face now. However, the existing research has focused on a single area, lacking of the comprehensive application of these above techniques. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to protect and classify electronic document resource, thus effectively making use of text information on Internet for users. Specifically, with a combination of file type identification technology, text filtering technology, and transparent encryption technology, this analysis designs an electronic document classification and safety protection system, and then preliminarily realizes these related modules. Besides, there exists a functional test on the designed document protection system. Lastly, the next step in this research project is proposed.
