The cloud computing model is increasingly popular, more and more users will outsource documents into the cloud for storage and management, so the cloud storage service is becoming more and more popular. The adoption of cloud computing sharply reduced tedious maintenance work, and it can also greatly save economic investment in storage and computing devices for the company or individual. But the development of cloud computing is restricted by security problems, especially user privacy protection. In order to protect the privacy of users, the data would be encrypted before hosting, which makes the utilizing of data becomes difficult. Therefore set up a mechanism for users to query on the encrypted cloud data is of great importance.In this paper, a set of user privacy protection mechanism is designed in cloud platform for the specific application requirements of the document query system under the cloud computing environment. The mechanism gives fully consideration of various kinds of application scenarios and the various factors of threat to user privacy the service of document storage under the cloud com-puting environment, and protects the user’s privacy in adding a small amount of computational cost and communication cost conditions. According to the mechanism, this paper designs and implements a document query system to protect the privacy of users under the cloud computing environment. First of all, this paper researches the research status and development trend of privacy protection in cloud computing environment at home and abroad, analyzes the main methods of the user privacy protection in cloud computing environment. Secondly, this paper improves the design of the user privacy protection mech-anism by combining the current research result, avoids cloud server attacks on user privacy file, and implements a privacy-protecting document query sys-tem in the cloud computing environment based on that design. Finally, the privacy-protecting effects and performance of the privacy-protecting document query system cloud under the computing environment are tested. The test result shows that this system can relatively efficiently realize the query function on the encrypted cloud data, improve the security of the cloud computing services.
