In the non-cooperative communication, such as spectral detection, military intelligence and other areas, to complete the interference identification, we first need to determine the type of modulation of the signal. Modulation recognition is in the process of signal demodulation and signal detection between the part of the premise completion signal parameter estimation of the received signal to make appropriate treatment, according to the rules in advance to determine the number of signals are modulated in a certain way.This paper studies the signal modulation recognition algorithm based on cyclic spectral theory, the first detailed analysis of the spectral characteristics of cyclic analog modulation signals and digital modulation signals with conventional signal recognition algorithm based on stationary base for comparison, based on the theory of cyclostationary algorithm is more applicable. Because the actual modulated signal often does not meet the strict assumptions stationary random process, but rather to meet the characteristics of the cycle stationary random process. Based on the analysis of the spectrum of each cycle of the modulation signal on the analog modulation signal is proposed class recognition algorithms and digital signal modulation recognition algorithm.
