Single-channel mixed signal blind source separation is an important branch in the field of signal processing. And it is a challenging research topic. It has a broad application prospect in the field of heart sound signal processing, speech signal processing, signal de-noising and so on. But, at present in view of the algorithms of Single-channel mixed signal blind source separation are not too much. And in the existing algorithms, many of them only the source signals satisfy certain conditions, it will have good separation effect.Based on the problems of single-channel mixed signal blind source separation. First of all, the thesis analyze some related algorithms of the present existing. Then the thesis analyze the theory of the independent sub-band functions. And finally the thesis gives the methods of getting the independent sub-band functions, the single-channel mixed signal blind source separation algorithms that combined with independent sub-band functions, and by three single-channel mixed signal separate experiments, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms. The main content of the thesis as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. Firstly the research background and significance are introduced, and then the research status and existing problems are introduced. The second chapter is a brief summary of single-channel mixed signal blind source separation. Firstly, the thesis do a simple review of blind source separation theory, and then the theoretical knowledge of single-channel mixed signal blind source separation are introduced. The third chapter is the theoretical analysis of the independent sub-band functions. Firstly, the commonly used several kinds of signal decomposition methods are introduced, and then, according to the thinking of signal decomposition, the theoretical analysis process of the independent sub-band functions is given. The fourth chapter are the methods of getting the independent sub-band functions. Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of independent component analysis (ICA) are introduced, and then the methods of getting the independent sub-band functions are given. Finally, according to the matlab simulation experiment, using the above several methods to get a heart sound signal’s independent sub-band functions, and through some parameters to measure the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. The fifth chapter are the applications of the independent sub-band functions in the single-channel mixed signal blind source separation. Firstly, the single-channel mixed signal blind source separation algorithms that combined with independent sub-band functions are given, and then according to three single-channel mixed signal separate experiments to verify the separating effect of the algorithms. The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect. We summarize the work of the thesis, the research work of the future is discussed, and put forward the further suggestion of the research on independent sub-band functions.
