For adapting to the development of space technique and meeting the complex dataprocessing needs of spacecraft, CCSDS developed the Advanced Orbiting Systems(AOS) Protocol in1986. AOS exchanges and processes data in a standardized way, andis able to transmit audio, video, science experiments and many different types of data ina bidirectional way in space links. Currently, AOS plays a more and more importantrole in aerospace technology field. Therefore, the research and simulation studies ofAOS system theory are very important. Single simulation system has been unable toreflect the performance of many AOS system, the solution is not perfect, so to achieve anumber of joint co-simulation simulation system level architecture is often used (HLA).This article focuses on the AOS system frame synchronization module, the virtualchannel design and implementation of simulation conducted by unpacking module,decoding module.AOS block diagram of the receiving system design and simulation in general,given the configuration program development tools, through designing thecommunication interface between the host simulation study to achieve the entire AOSreceiving system. The frame synchronization module simulation design and realization.Analysis of frame synchronization principle, missed the phenomenon and thephenomenon of false alarm, frame synchronization process state transitions.Recommended values are given frame synchronization simulation flowchart design,using VC++simulation frame design, first given a single information sourcesynchronous design and search frame synchronization code based on framesynchronization parameters; then given three frame synchronization source simulation.Then, simulation, design and implementation of virtual channels carried on withthe reconciliation package module. Through the analysis of the virtual channel pointswith the principle of reconciliation package principle, according to the virtual channelAPID and wrap algorithm efficiency, given the virtual channel points withreconciliation package programming flowcharts using VC++simulation design, virtualchannel points with the reconciliation package functions.The decoding module design and implementation of simulation performed. Through the analysis of the decodingprinciple, based on the positive and negative codes encode decode simulation designflow chart is given, using VC++simulation designed to achieve the AOS systemreceives decoding function, corresponding decoding the three files. AOS receivingsystem based on HLA’s had a very good simulation.
