Joint purchase is one of the forms of Pinker activities, can ease the economic pressure and expand interpersonal communication. The popularity of the mobile internet promoted the new mutual beneficial model between dealers and users. The analysis of existing joint purchase network system has found that there are such problems as too much information on the website, complex system, low user operation efficiency and a lack of functions as immediate joint purchase and dating service. In this paper, the functional demands of joint purchase users are taken as the starting point and the joint purchase user are discussed from the perspective of Ethnography. And the user-oriented design method is integrated to user study and the practical design of mobile terminal. With network Ethnography, questionnaire survey, participant observation and depth interviews, the user objectives, attributive features and behavior habits of joint purchase user are explored. The interview data of the users are analyzed with the SCAT qualitative tool and the demand factors are summarized to support the establishment of mobile group purchasing application. According to the extracted user demand factors, the functional framework and interactive process of group purchasing service system are defined from the three largest modules as functional design, credit safety design and interface design and three kinds of users role models are established as users with definite, semi-definite and indefinite shopping objectives. Impeccable mobile group purchasing service system is established through the interactive prototype test by users and then whether the system satisfies the objective demand of the group purchasing users is examined. In this study, the user study process combining Ethnography with the user-oriented design concept ensures that the design conforms to the expectations of the object users. The non-digital sections analysis of the SCAT qualitative tool is conducive to explore the internal relation of the interviews and extract the design demand factors of group purchasing service system.
