Study On The Application Of The Program Analysis Technology In A LCD TV Product Testing Line Capacity Improvement

Along with the electronics Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) industry rapiddevelopment, how to enhance the capacity, how to enhances the efficiency of productionline under the assembly line production pattern, has become more and more important. CNmodel, P corporation OEM products, is the H Corporation22inch LCD TV product. ForLCD TV product, its particularity lies in the assembly line it uses is self-circulationassembly line, so any position production speed in the entire assembly line can affect theentire production the speed. Another characteristic is the LCD TV product will not takedown from the production line, so the line should stop if any operations need to do withthe LCD TV product.According to the problem exist in the CN model which is original equipmentmanufacturer by P corporation, this article analyses CN model’s production process, andthen found key problems: too much testing station, too diverse test item, test timeassignment is uneven for every test station, and too many equipment are used. Procedureanalysis technology are used to resolve these problem, include the craft procedure analysistechnology and the flow procedure analysis technology, studies the improvement ofLCD TV production line efficiency thoroughly. Firstly, this article uses the craft procedureanalysis technology and the entire test flow as the analysis object to improves the craftcontent, the technique which is unreasonable and so on, and then analysis and record theinspection, the transporting, the waiting and the memory through the flow procedureanalysis technology, it is used for discovering the waste phenomenon which is hided. Afterthe craft procedure analysis and the flow procedure analysis, the test flow has beensimplified, the productivity and capacity has been enhanced, thus the problem thatproduces cannot satisfied the demand has been solved.
