Large-capacity and high throughput has become a development goals and requirements inmobile communication. MIMO-OFDM systems can be effective against multipath fading, noiseand greatly improve the capacity of wireless communication systems. This paper introduces the OFDM systems, focuses on reducing the PAPR in OFDM throughpacket transmission algorithm (PTS), combined with an iterative and limiting method, PTSalgorithm is improved, and finally the use of Matlab algorithm improvements performance. Then study the channel estimation, utilizing expansion algorithm based group index loweractual channel measurement values, the remaining data obtained by the algorithm. Studied thegroup expansion algorithm under different order basis functions and different transmission symbolblock sampling points, the accuracy of the model change, the algorithm for optimal performanceparameters obtained combination (order, the transport block number of samples, etc.).Re-establishing Rayleigh fading channel model simulation nine road car channel response value, and the value calculated for verification contrast. Finally, research on zero-forcing BLAST MIMO channel capacity and structures (ZF)detection algorithm to explore the relationship between the layers of the antenna signal to noiseratio and the bit error rate. And in the LTE base station platform for downlink rate of MIMO andSIMO verified by comparing the advantages of MIMO.
