Firstly, this article analyzes the complex environment when the satelliteconstellation communicates with each other and concludes the technical difficultiesthat may exist during communication.Then this article mainly focuses on the effects of Doppler shift and Dopplerfrequency change rate which is caused by the relative motion between the satelliteconstellations. Finally this article uses the frequency modulation approximation signalacquisition technology and Extended Kalman Filter signal tracking technology toensure reliable transmission of information between stars in high dynamicenvironment.In the hardware section, the system is designed based on the needs of the FPGAsignal processing platform. And then this article presents hardware building blocks ofthe platform and the measures that are taken to protect the signal quality. In the logicimplementation section, this article Implements the logic function of each module bythe combination of calling the Xilinx IP cores and self-design modules.Simulation and verification results show that the signal acquisition and trackingalgorithms used in this paper can guarantee the reliable transmission of information inhigh dynamic and low SNR environment.
