Deep excavation engineering has the characteristics of large engineeringscale, big construction difficulties and high social influence. A lot of scholarsat home or abroad have done relevant researches on the risk pre-warning andcontrol of deep excavation, but many achievements are still stay in theory,and cannot be well used in engineering practice. From the viewpoints ofengineering practice using, and based on the study of the geometric, physicaland mechanical relations of different excavation entities, the data modelconsidering parameter fusion was presented, and the risk pre-warning andcontrol software of deep excavation was developed for the engineers on thespot. In this paper, the research contents mainly include the following points:1. A data model considering parameter fusion was presented by studyingthe relations between the geometric, physical and mechanical parameters ofdifferent entities during the excavation, and the model structures that basedon different entities were promoted. According to the object-orientedprogram development method, describe the entities of excavation with theC++language, and build a class for each entity. And based on the data modelconsidering parameter fusion, a data structure which can reflect the classhierarchy was presented.2. According to the risk management experience of a large number ofexcavation engineering of soft soil area of shanghai, classify and make aconclusion of the abnormal performance in the process of excavationengineering construction from the angle of the time and space distribution of the displacement of retaining structure, the force of supporting structure, thesettlement of pipes or buildings, and the settlement of columns respectively.And make a further analysis of the cause of the abnormal performance.3. Based on the data model and data structure considering parameterfusion, developed the risk pre-warning and control software of deepexcavation by using of the developing software package of AutoCAD andC++language. The software realized the function of3D modeling, riskanalysis, and data management. Based on the parameter fusion data model,the software built the connections which provide the foundation for riskanalysis in the post-processing between different entities during the modelingprocess. By the analysis of the measuring data, the software can notice thepotential risks in the process of engineering construction.Finally, the essay built the3D model and analyzed the risks of the deepexcavation of Hanzhong Road metro station of shanghai by using of thesoftware, and the results showed that the software is able to detect thepotential risk which cannot be warned by the traditional method and to reflectthe true state of excavation and the superiority of the data structure which canprovide reference for further research.
