In today’s rapid economic development, the enterprise value chain integration has been extended to all aspects of business. Business processes are no longer confined to an internal, the industrial chain and business development requires more convenient and faster Co-Operation between the business partners. Overall business synergies and optimization of enterprise information systems between enterprises put forward higher requirements for the operations of automated or semi-automated. Along with the development of computer technology and network technology, now widely popular Internet technology for Web technology in the enterprise information system in-depth applications provide a good foundation. Enterprise information system integration interaction can make full use of the advantages of Web technology. With modern enterprises of all types in the development process,The collaboration technology based on the Web based workflow of enterprises is one of the key technology for business process management and process control. The synergy between the inter-enterprise workflow systems and interoperability solve business has become an important means of interagency collaboration and enterprise business process reengineering.Inter-enterprise collaborative workflow system, there are many technical issues, mainly including heterogeneous systems, interoperability between different enterprise workflow engine, dependence collaborative task scheduling, task requests service quality. Especially inter-enterprise collaborative workflow task scheduling, is the core issue of establishing the grid workflow collaborative environment among enterprises. In the actual needs of the enterprise, which is different from the calculation grid element task, there is a strong coupling of the dependence of the collaborative needs of transactional tasks proportion, making the task of grid taskbar collaborative environment scheduling facing some new challenges.Solve these problems, from the practical application of demand analysis, with the combination of grid architecture and grid workflow features, The article gives a master-slave hierarchical scheduling model based on OGSA grid flow,which using hierarchical grid workflow modeling method. Combined with Carter’s CIGS (Communication-Inclusive extension of Generation Scheduling) algorithm and characteristics of transactional collaboration workflow tasks,the article proposed a transaction-related scheduling algorithm, named TCGS (Transaction-collaborative extension of Generation Scheduling).The core of the model is a global task scheduler and a local task scheduler module. This article also gives the pseudo code of the two detailed scheduler model structure,and the java implementation of scheduling policy and scheduling. Supported by GRIDSIM Kit, this article gives performance test of the scheduling algorithm in the simulation environment. Using the dependencies job test cases, the algorithm achieved the desired design effect.
