With the rapid development of wireless networks, smart phone mobile devices havebecome an indispensable part of people’s life. Mobile learning as a new way of learning whichmeets the learners’ anytime and anywhere and lifelong learning needs. And thencombined with the mobile application system development technology is a popular, focusingon the introduction of Spring framework, combined with the MySQL database, throughresearch on the demand and feasibility of the user. Secondly, do a depth analysis and design tothe main function module of the system, the XML layout file use Activity for page layout ofthe Android terminal, and use the Spring-Android framework to complete the terminal and theserver data exchange, and ultimately to achieve the main function through the Androidterminal learning user management, curriculum management, curriculum resources of micromanagement, FAQ etc. module.
