Design Of Smart Home Security Monitoring System Based On Generic Server

In recent years, with the upgrading of Chinese comprehensive national strength andthe rapid development of science and technology, especially the rapid development ofnetworking technology, intelligent control technology, electronic technology, and promotethe development of Chinese information technology. People desire safer, more comfortableand energy-efficient working environment, which promotes the growth of the Smart Home.In order to implement detecting the home environment parameters and remotealarm, an embedded Smart Home security monitoring system based on Generic sever isstudied and designed. The designed system adopts embedded processor TC12LE5A60S2ascore controller, and applies distributed sampling centralized processing as controllingmethod. Considering the cost performance, an applicable hardware platform is designedconsisting of GPRS module, telephone module, RF transceiver module, LCD display, andvoice etc. From the perspective of humanistic point, a WEB server and internet terminal isbuilt. Specifically, the system uses personal computer to establish the WEB server and savethe home environment parameters, so users can timely check the parameters in internetterminal. When dangerous cases emerge, the system will make alarm call through wiretelephone，and in the meantime remind the users to handle the safety incidents in time byGSM message and telephone. In terms of system operation, users can fortify and abandonoperation through field systems. The system has other features as rich function and novelstructure, which provides an effective solution to practical, expansible, low-cost andnetworked home security system.System testing indicates that the system meets the desired requirements and has somepractical values. In addition, the design concept and concrete realization in this system leavecertain instruction meaning and reference value to the later research of large-scale SmartHome system.
