At present, the form of surgery has been gradually tends to be minimallyinvasive. However, minimally invasive surgery needs to grasp difficult operationtechnology and familiar with the operating environment in order to deal with thevarious problems during operation process. This requires a long training time andexpensive costs.In order to reduce the training time and the training cost of minimally invasivesurgery, and improve the skills of the operator, According to the technicalcharacteristics that the operation process can be observed through the visual interfacein the minimally invasive surgery process The msrfw has completed the design of thesurgical instrument operation process and the virtual operation environment feedback.First of all, in the virtual realization of minimally invasive surgery operation, Onthe basis of simulation production, the surgical instruments got strapdown bindingwith Android mobile terminal, in the process of operation, we can get Androidterminal sensors’data information which reflect the space motion, and realize thetracking and positioning of surgical operation and transmitt the space motioninformation to the computer by wifi wireless communication. Comparing with othermethods that virtual reality space commonly used, such as magnetic tracking, usingthis method to get space position information has the advantage such as low price,small size, easy to implement, etc.Secondly, in the process of the visual realization of feedback scene, Thecomputer processed and calculated the surgical instrument space operationinformation which was received to get the space displacement and angle changeinformation In the OpenGL environment, combining with3d computer graphicstransform principle, controlled surgical instruments model transform real-timesynchronously. According to the feedback real-time picture, the operator can changethe operating behavior, to achieve human-computer interaction, and complete thebasic procedure virtual minimally invasive surgery.The design of this paper could achieve the operation and visual feedbackprocedure of the virtual minimally invasive surgery. The design of this msrfw wasproved to be rational in the plane displacement experiments of the Android device andits error analysis, and in the space curve reconstruction from sensor data. The innovation and advantage of this design is to use cheap Android platform devices torealize the new virtual minimally invasive surgery operation and feedback platform.There is neither the complex work of hardware design, nor the interference of externalfactors, it is easy to use, simple structure, high repeated utilization rate.
