Nowdays, as the rapid development of E-commerce, people’s lives becomemore convenient, however the existing network security risks may causepeople’s losses who join in E-commerce, Hence there is an urgent need for asimilar technology to protect the security of transactions.There are two main technical means to achieve transaction security for peopleto use, one is PKI-based encryption system, the other is based on the identity (IBE)encryption system. The key entities of PKI encryption system is digital certificate,which use static distribution and Dynamic management mode, at the same time thereplacement of private key is very high, it’s disadvantageous for normal people toapplication, the key entities of IBE encryption system is Identity,the identity ispublic, The sender does not need to obtain a digital certificate recipient beforehand,Only need to know is a identity which can only mark the receiver’s identity, weuse this identity as public key, After the receiver receive the messages, he can usethe private key which Correspondence with the identity to decrypt the messages, weuse this way to protect the safe of the date. IBE encryption technology has beenwidely used in secure multicast communications, electronic seals, electronic mailand other aspects. IBE encryption technology has been widely used in securemulticast communications, electronic seals, electronic mail and other aspects.Through in-depth study of the theory of IBE, this thesis constructed a identityregister and management system based on IBE for operators.Firstly, we establishthe Functional Model and date model of identity management system based on IBEface to operators, Provide user identification for individuals and enterprise, weProposed different security levels for different needs of users; Secondly, weprovided a competition mechanism to solve the problem of concurrencyconflicts;Thirdly, we provided a expansion of identifiers to Adapt to increasingfuture identity type; Fourthly, we provided a mechanism which withoutchanging the identity of the user to ensure that the security of private key, Userscan apply the private key to decrypt the encrypted files received, which was Correspondence whith the identity which leaks, While in the same application is toidentify the type of the public key to encrypt the file.This system based on B/S mode, we use MyEclipse as the front developmentplatform, using the MVC development model, use Mysql database as thebackground database, Ultimately oriented identity management systems based onIBE for operators.The innovation of this thesis is reflected in two aspects: First, from theapplication point of view,there are no similar IBE-based identity managementproducts; Second,this thesis presents a premise without changing the user ID toadapt the situation of user’s private key leaks.
