The goal of the smart city is to promote the prosperity of the whole city. It couldpromote the development of the internet of things industry and the progress of thewhole society through the construction of the internet of things. The smart villagecomes from the smart city. It combines the whole village and realizes the intelligentmonitoring and management of the village based on the internet of things andwireless network technology. The people’s life satisfaction and urban livability alsowill be improved. At the same time, with the continuous development of internettechnology and the expansion of village network, the wireless node will be more andmore in need. If there is no proper node management solution, the performance ofthe network and the normal functions will be affected.The content mainly studies the solution of the smart village. The design of thebasic sensor node, which is one of the important parts of the village network, isproposed. After that, the access selection of the sensor nodes is discussed in thiscontent. The network performance could be improved by adopting the appropriateplan and the nodes will work in appropriate situation.Firstly, some basic knowledge and the structure of the village network aresummarized and described. The village network consists of the perception layer,network layer and application layer on the basis of the IOT and WLAN technology.Then, the detailed solution of the basic sensor node is proposed. Hardware andsoftware environment of some important modules and the network communicationframes are introduced and described. After that, some existing radio resourcemanagement algorithms of centralized WLAN are analyzed and an effectivealgorithm that based on the network communication quality factor is proposed,which could improve the communication quality of the network effectively. Thecontent also gives a method to calculate the real-time traffic of the sites and APs,which could reduce the traffic loss caused by migration. The balance of network loadcould realized by the reasonable allocation of APs load. The self-healing strategycould keep the network running stable and durable.Finally, there are some tests of the performance of the algorithm and somesystem performance analysis. Matlab simulation environment is used to model the network and simulation process is designed to realize the radio resourcemanagement algorithm. The results show that the algorithm could improve thecapacity of the APs and whole network, the quality of network communication isalso become better than before. The test of system performance shows that the basicsensor node and the the village network could work normally.
