| With the development of communication industry, spectrum resource is becoming scarcer.Cognitive radio technology can improve the utilization rate of spectrum resources effectively,because it can access to the licensed spectrum and use the idle spectrum with opportunity. Beforeusing the idle spectrum, we need to detect and search the idle frequency band dynamically.Therefore, the spectrum detection is one of the key technology of cognitive radio, a spectrumdetection approach with high reliability and high efficiency is the prerequisite for the realization ofcognitive radio. In the wide band spectrum detection, the traditional spectrum sensing based onthe Nyquist sampling theorem requires high sampling rate. It is difficult for practical application.The compressed sensing technology can be fast and efficient spectrum sensing for widebandspectrum by using the sparsity of the signal spectrum, breaking the limitation of Nyquist samplingrate.This paper introduces the research background and the current status of cognitive radiotechnology firstly, and analyses the research current situation of broadband compressed spectrumsensing. Then the paper discusses the spectrum detection and compressed sensing technology,researing on the application of compressed spectrum sensing in traditional spectrumdetection, including BP algorithm, BPDN algorithm, ADM algorithm which based on the L1norm and OMP algorithm, SP algorithm, CoSaMP algorithm which based on the greedy iterativealgorithm. And simulations are conducted to assess the reconstruction performance. For thesingle node detection performance dropped in a low signal-to-noise ratio, by combiningmulti-node spectrum detection technology and double-threshold technique, this paper proposedthree algorithms for cooperative compressed sensing with double-threshold based on greedyiterative algorithm, and analyze the detection performance of each algorithm by modeling andsimulating in MATLAB platform. Through the analysis, three algorithms for cooperativecompressed sensing with double-threshold based on greedy iterative algorithm have a betterdetection performance than the traditional spectrum sensing. In a word, this topic does the relevantexploration for cognitive radio technology, and has important significance for the future in-depthstudy. |
