With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the popularity of intelligentterminals, it inspired the urgent desire of the people of wireless transmission rate.Meanwhile, as the representative of2G and3G mobile communication system cannot meet user of the data rate requirements, more and more people’s attention havebeen bought to the LTE/LTE-Advanced as the next generation standard for4Gmobile communications technology. In order to achieve higher transmission rate tomeet the traffic needs of users, how to improve the utilization of resources in alimited radio resources system, namely how to design an effective scheduling strategyfor efficient management of radio resources has become one research points inLTE/LTE-A system.This thesis based on the LTE Release9version, on the basis of in-depth researchon TS36.321protocol, and mainly study based on QoS of uplink time domainscheduling algorithm and frequency domain resource allocation algorithm inLTE/LTE-A system. The main work is as follows:(1)This thesis mainly based on system-level simulation platform of FireHomeHongxin communication technology co.,LTD, and detailed study of each functionmodule, such as sending and receiving processing and the whole system processes.Focuses on algorithms of MAC layer functional entity, and build the uplink timedomain scheduling (TDS) and frequency domain resource allocation function on thebasis of existing platform. Finally base on the simulation platform to verify improvedalgorithms and performance simulation.(2)This thesis study and comparative analyzed time domain schedulingalgorithms of the LTE/LTE-A uplink, On the basis of the current proportional fairnessscheduling algorithms, according to the different QoS requirements of different typesof traffics and to provide users with different service demand, This thesis hadproposed uplink time-domain proportional fairness scheduling algorithm of QoSprovision. Introducing the QoS weighting factor and the cache data of the traffic tooptimize the scheduling priority calculation formula, and use the token bucket fortraffic monitoring services flow. Finally, comparing the performance of improved algorithm and others by simulation, the simulation results show that the improvedalgorithm for packet time delay and user scheduling fairness decreased slightly.(3)This thesis in-depth research frequency domain resource allocationalgorithm of uplink in LTE/LTE-A system, and focused on uplink resource allocationalgorithm through the comparison and analysis. Due to the impact of small scalefading channel conditions, maybe lead to unreasonable resource allocation and lowspectrum efficiency, therefore the improved uplink resource allocation algorithm isproposed on the basis of these, through designing sliding window to search systemresources on the whole band search channel resources. This algorithm can search thebest channel quality of resources block, at the same time ensure the continuity of RB.Finally, through performance simulation on the simulation platform, the simulationresults show that the improved scheme have obvious improvement in systemthroughput, the utilization rate of RB and spectrum efficiency, etc.In this thesis, Based QoS uplink time domain scheduling and frequency domainresource allocation algorithms of LTE/LTE-Advanced system are summarized. AndLTE-A introduced a series of key technologies such as the Carrier Aggregation (CA),enhancement MIMO (eMIMO) and Coordinative Multiple Point (CoMP)transmission. Because of these technologies put forward higher requirements on theuplink scheduling algorithm, as the focus of future research.
