| Do not want to recall the horrible disaster scenes, it is not only causing huge losses or leaving a painful lesson to humans, and also restricts the harmonious development of society. The heartless disaster poses a challenge to the human. Facing the various unavoidable disasters, we need to merge the modern information technology and disaster management system, in order to make use of the advantage of science and technology to compete with the disaster, and finally meeting relief for the loss of lives and property of the people extremely.Based on above thinking, and understanding and analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international disaster management system, make clear of the purpose and significance of this study, through using for the reference of the achievements of disaster management in our country for now, this study focus on the modern application of information technology to the disaster emergency rescue as well as management of all aspects of the management, and play to the advantage of the open source platform in disaster management, reflecting the great efficiency of modern information technology in disaster management system. In this paper, the application software named Sahana, which is in the context of a large debris flow event in Zhouqu County, Gansu Province, with the notice of the disaster information, registration of missing persons, demand management, organization and camp registration, materials scheduling, volunteers and other module analog, strive to make the participatory organic integration of the main parties and disaster management platform to improve the level of emergency management for response to the disaster in our country, and accelerate the development pace of construction of disaster management information, and promote the healthy development of disaster relief system in our country as well. The research on China’s disaster management information system has the important theory significance and the reference value. |
