With the rapid development of science and technology, people’s demand for allaspects of life are also constantly improve, which is a developing trend in the future. As aform of servitization, the national geographic information is by the means of the stateinformation census or examine on the spot to establish a standard library of Chineseaddress, then through the match information to return. However, with the continuousdevelopment of society, the changing residential areas, roads and other factors, the formbring obstacles to the establishment of the standard reference data set.In the face of this problem, we can regard the Internet as informative andconstantly updated large database. At this moment, the excavated relevant geographictextual information from the Internet can make up the main problems in the currentlocation service. However, the public service system needs a harmonious, naturalinteraction mode, and concerns to geography textual information from the Internet whennot being processed is fragmentary, non-standard and difficult to understand or interact.The purpose of this paper is mainly to research into problems of geographic textinformation mining on the Internet from the following aspects:Analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of current Internet textinformation mining technology, uses appropriate and effective Internet text informationmining technology, digs out the relevant geographic text information from the Internet.Aiming at the geography text information by digger out is piecemeal and difficult tounderstand, the paper adopts an Internet-based geographic information textrepresentation model, standardize geographic text data information obtained from theInternet, the normalization of geographic text information data structure is more explicitexpression more specification.In the face of the geographic information update problem on the Internet, using amulti-constraint Bayesian reasoning model to validate false information being updatedrepository of information, makes the information in the repository is more credible,accurate and complete.On the normalization and update of information obtained from Internet, establishesa relatively normative, accurate and complete information base, by buildingInternet-based information publishing geographic information discovery platform,achieves accurate and fast obtain information needed from the Internet, meets thedemand for location services.
