Based on many years of development, coal production monitoring system has been widely used in coal mine of Shanxi province together with personal location system and gas monitoring system, and has became one of the coal mining operation qualification standard. The core function of this system is to monitor whether the coal mine is beyond normative production, and has get better regulation effect as regulatory tool. However, this system still has several shortcoming:no uniform industry standard and all the factories work in their own way; mines have different forms of software and lack of regulation sensor fault can’t be monitored automatically; the data platform is single and production data does not match video and so on.Aiming at these above problems, this paper designed a coal production monitoring tax-controlled system according to design requirements and the actual distribution situation of coal mine based on Internet. The data collection part took the dynamic coal vehicle scale as the weighting data acquisition instrument and the mining terminal transmit data to the county monitoring room via Intel network. The system took Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Basic6.0and Microsoft SQL server2008as the development platform and combined with Winsock network communication technology、database、Web site to design the system, which realized the function of viewing the data by decentralization and multi-user. The operation of this system is simple and the function is all-round.This article’s main content is as follows:First, this paper analyzed the background of topic, the significance of research, the current status and development tendency of the work that preventing coal mine beyond normative production, and pointed out the existing deficiency of the coal production monitoring system. At the same time, this article analyzed the feasibility of the project and introduced the topics used in the relevant theoretical knowledge.Second, this paper designed the coal production remote monitoring (fiscal) system software according to the relevant technical regulations requirements and the principle of the tender requirements based on Internet. This part mainly introduced the principle of the system design, hardware of the system, system principle, system data flow, system structure and field devices.Third, this paper introduced the development platform used in the system, such as the programming environment and the key technology, which included the Internet, Winsock network communication, serial with letter, sensor fault detection, data fusion and software testing methods. Forth, this paper introduced the design of web site accessed by multi-user remotely, service program of backstage data. Besides, the principle of database introduced briefly.The practice proved that the coal production monitoring tax-controlled system software with a sensor fault automatic monitoring and intelligent fault tolerant algorithm had high real-time performance, strong commonality and reliable performance.It also strengthened the synchronization of production data and video data and had a good anti-cheating function, which made it convenient to control the beyond production of coal mine, to promote the safety of coal mine and to improve the efficiency of tax.
