Nowadays, with the demand of variety product is increasing. With it’s efficiency and flexibility, robot work-cell system can replace people to do some dull or dangerous work.However,traditional system integration method only take single work-cell into account and the tradition industry robot software direct at special object and special process technology.The reconfigurable parts are being ignored.But once the process object is changed,the system structure and the software must be changed accordingly.Those work will be time-consuming and need great effort, particularly in the Software application which need redesign and re-test.This will be a restraint of the development of the robot system integration and limit the flexibility of robot. What can do to resolve this problem and make use of the flexible of robot fully becomes a meaningful work.Industrial robots can replace people to do some drab, frequent and repeated long time operation in industrial production, or dangerous, harsh environment operations, such as stamping, die casting, heat treatment, welding, painting, plastic molding, machining and assembly process, as well as in the atomic energy industry. To do material handling or process operation which harmful to human body. Because of different application fields, industrial robot integrated software require different programming according to the operation field, the operation object processing craft and so different. But according to the traditional integration methods, required to program robot software in each working process, which will seriously affect the efficiency of robot. Through the analysis of these processes, we can extract the common part of them, in the beginning of system design, the common part is designed into a component form, constructing component library, so it can be in different working objects, operation technology call after the test component, the component reuse, reduce the workload of software design. The paper combines the characters of industry control software, analyzes feasibility of adopting component technology and presents the software architecture of Component-Based design of industry robot system software.The characteristic of the industry robot system in welding and foundry is analyzed, and the software component of robot of welding and foundry is designed. Reconfigurable robot work-cell system can adapt to varieties of products and technology as well as introduce new technology with low costing,the productivity and the yield will be increased,therefore enhances the competency of companies.
