ABSTRACT:The21st century is the era of information-driven economy, and thedataminingtechnologyhasbecomeoneofthehottestissuesininformationtechnologyres earchnowadays.Despiteofits popular application in many fields including commercial, financial and telecom industries and so on, the data mining technology is relatively less applied in health field. Presently, with the constant expansion of the hospital, the doctor-patient relationship tensions, as well as people’s concern for their own health promotion, medical technology innovation is an effective way to solve these problems one. As the main battlefield of clinical care, hospitals includes various social development of new technologies, new inventions in specific clinical applications, and also has the majority of medical personnel for technical, management, innovative applications, capture innovative technology can improve the ability of health care services, both driven the hospital’s scientific level, but also embodies the national policy guidance of specific measures.Based on the medium and large hospitals’ medical workers conducted a questionnaire survey to collect hospitals status data of medical technology innovation, combined with the hospital information system from which to collect the relevant data, to build database with ETL technology. Then use K-means clustering analysis method to understand hospital staff’s current awareness of the factors in technological innovation based on different regions and levels of hospitals, to identify different types of hospitals in technological innovation personality and characteristics; classical algorithm of association rules using Apriori algorithm to identify the hospital status of technological innovation and hospital type and its intrinsic link between regions, and analyze the results to be studied and interpreted. Thesis studies found that technological innovation in public hospitals quantitative and empirical research is not only the development needs of the hospital itself, but also for the smooth implementation of national health reform program to provide the necessary. This dissertation implements analysis based on SPSS and SPSS Modeler, and gives several recommendations based on the data mining results.Via the paper and there lasted study we can see that data mining technique is applied to the data analysis in the field of medicine and health care under the popularity of informatization which will inevitably have a huge market prospects. Quantitative and empirical research in technological innovation of hospitals is not only the development needs of the hospitals themselves, but also to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of national health reform program.
