Currently, traditional carbon dioxide regulation methods are unsafe, time consuming,difficult to manage and not environmentally friendly. They also can not control greenhousecarbon dioxide levels on demand. Existed carbon dioxide greenhouse regulation systems onlycan set thresholds relying on human experience to realize negative feedback control. There isno essential solution about the actual needs of the plant carbon dioxide, resulting in low yieldand poor quality. So controlling carbon dioxide levels effectively is important for cropphotosynthesis.In this paper, adopting electronic information, intelligent control and other modernscience and technologies, combined with the mechanism of photosynthesis, based onlight-temperature coupling greenhouse carbon dioxide control device was developed. Themain contents are as follows.(1)Carbon dioxide regulation system based on light-temperature coupling for greenhousewas developed. It integrated modern electronic information technology, takingmicrocontroller as the core, using a variety of environmental factors sensors. The hardwarecircuit design of greenhouse carbon dioxide control system was designed by using a varietyof electronic components. The greenhouse gas generating device was chosen liquid carbondioxide, which could improve the absorption efficiency of carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, Keilwas used as software development environment to design software program for each module,and finally the corresponding functional requirements were completed.(2)The carbon dioxide regulation model based on light-temperature was established. Inthis paper, tomato was chosen as the research goal and tomato photosynthetic ratemeasurement test was designed. By measuring tomato growth photosynthetic rate in differentenvironments and using Matlab in different temperatures, photosynthetic rate under ambientlight intensity-carbon dioxide response relationships were fitted. The carbon dioxidesaturation points of different tomato photosynthesis were got, and finally the regulationmodel of carbon dioxide based on light and temperature coupling was established.(3)The greenhouse carbon dioxide regulation algorithm based on light and temperaturecoupling was designed. It was based on regulation model of carbon dioxide to study the greenhouse intelligent carbon dioxide regulation decision-making mechanism. Thegreenhouse carbon dioxide regulation algorithm based on light and temperature coupling wasdesigned to realize greenhouse intelligent control.(4)The practical test verified that the system is low cost, high stability, and high controlefficiency. It fully meets the needs of China’s regulation of greenhouse carbon dioxide.
