In recent years, studies on microgrid have become a hot spot in the research ofpower system at home and abroad. However, microgrid control problem has becomeone of the key problems which needs to be solved in the actual operation. The maincontent of this thesis focuses on microgrid distributed coordination control problem.This paper discusses the basic concepts and benefits of microgrid, and thecurrent development situation at home and abroad. It describes the basic concepts ofAgent, the situation of its research and development; the theoretical model, structure,interaction model, learning ability of MAS and its strengths that applied intomicrogrid, as well as the situation of Cellular Automata(CA)’s research anddevelopment, its basic concepts, general characteristics and strengths applied tomicrogrid.Then this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of MAS and CA inmodeling, and the necessity and feasibility of the combination of them in modelingand simulation, and improves their defects and achieves complementary advantages,which finds the method of integration of the two technologies by improving andexpanding. It proposes microgrid distributed coordination control system originallywhich is based on MAS and CA, as well as microgrid self-approximate-optimalcontrol strategy.Since microgrid control system has some microsources and changes intricately,there isn’t only one interaction between an Agent and the environment, but also theinteraction between the Agents. Based on that, this paper proposed a Multi-Agentcollaborative learning algorithm applied to hybrid dynamic environment. Thealgorithm is improved based on the orginal Q-learning algorithm, and increases thehistorical information of other Agents, and it considers the maximum Q value inselecting the optimal action, as well as the odds of the action.Finally, this paper establishes a microgrid model with several microsources byPSCAD software and makes simulation experiments. The simulation results showthat microgrid distributed coordination control system based on MAS and CA canregulate the active power and reactive power output effectively as well as bus voltageand system frequency of system, which maintains the stable operation of the system.And the control method is compared with other control methods from multiple angles,which reflects the advantages of the method herein.
