Therefore, under the trend of information technology inthe electric power enterprise, electric power company through to promote enterpriseinformation management system of material supplies to improve operation ability,accelerate the speed of reaction, improve material management process, ensuring timelyand effective material distribution, to improve the management level and profitability.This paper, taking S Regional Electric Power Company as the research object, firstelaborated the importance of materials management for electricity companies, introducesthe theories knowledge and information systems design theory and method, provides agood theoretical basis for the design of material management information system of thiscompany. Secondly, described the background of the research project and make clear thegoal and task of the system. Through research and data analysis, etc., realized the currentapplication situation of the S Regional Electric Power Company’s material managementlevel. In accordance with the requirements of the company’s development goals,presented a detailed analysis of the system needs to be built to improve the function ofthe materials management information system, to realize the module information systemon the main network engineering operation, warehousing and other departments. Thirdly,based on the system requirements analysis, completed the design of the local and entiretyE-R diagram and completed the integrity and security research of database. Then,focused on the design of the demand plan management module, purchasing planmanagement module, purchase order management module, and inventory managementmodule and other sub-modules. Finally, the research content is summarized and pointedout the several unsolved problems in this paper as well as the future prospects.In this paper, through the study of the S Regional Electric Power Companymaterial management information solutions, provides a solution for the needs of thedevelopment of resolving the status of materials management cannot meet the company’sbusiness problems, enhance the management level of enterprises and has laid thefoundation for the construction of information system better. |
