Abstract:At present, Hydrogen energy has already been given much attention. Hydrogen-OXY Generator is a kind of equipment that can generate hydrogen and oxygen. Gas pressure in electrolytic tank is a key parameter of the equipment, and it affects gas production rate and working state of the system. Advanced control system can improve the utilization ratio of power and the stability of the system, and reduce the production cost. Gas pressure in electrolytic tank must be limited to a reasonable and stable value.By analyzing the electrolytic reaction technological process of Hydrogen-OXY Generator, based on mechanism analysis method, mathematical model between the gas pressure in electrolytic tank and the pulse power supply voltage is established. In the analysis process, based on related research at home and abroad, secondary factors that relate to the gas pressure in electrolytic tank are ignored. For gas pressure control system in electrolytic tank is complex, and it is characterized by time delay, great inertia, etc. Gas pressure controller, based on predictive functional control (PFC), can well adapt to the process characteristics of gas pressure in electrolytic tank of Hydrogen-OXY Generator. The application of PFC algorithm in first-order inertia and pure lag system has been very mature. It has a lot of advantages, thus small amount of online calculation, system error compensation of dynamic process, and rolling optimization that can improve the accuracy of the system. Based on the SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB, predictive functional controller and PID controller is simulated respectively. Under the condition of disturbance and model mismatch, control system can quickly achieve a stable state with small amount of excess. The simulation result shows that predictive functional control has stronger adaptability and robustness for this control system.This control system is a three-tier construction, thus monitoring layer, control layer and execution layer. Hardware system is consisted of PLC, several instrumentation and actuators, etc. With general King View PC software, the monitor screen is designed, which can monitor the working condition of equipment and key parameters of system. Friendly HMI interface, alarm and fault prediction function can ensure the safe operation of the system.Applying predictive functional control to gas pressure control system in electrolytic tank can improve the work efficiency of system, guarantee the safety of system and improve the quality of electrolytic process.33charts and68references are supplied.
