Traditional query promessing techniques can not meet the increasing customer demand, the traditional query technique focuses on the static object. If customers from position A to move to the position of B, then this technique will lose effectiveness.Obviously can not solve the problem of customers moving query.In this paper the proximity query promessing based on energy efficient data communication technology, is a new type of query method and the traditional method, the computer technology. Wirelessnetwork technology arecombined skillfully, along with the continuous promessing of communication technology, energy efficient data transmission that technology is applied to all military, industrial education, transportation communication etc in every field. Including index methods in this paper, the method of selective tuning, in order to save the batlery energy, customers need to wait and tuned to the best index segment.So that propose a nearest neighbor query promessing based on energy saving data dissemination scheme, designed to support nearest neighbor query promessing, hereinafter referred to as the nearest neighbor query. The scheme, the broadcast data items based on their position in the order, the customer does not need to wait for the index segment, can be selectively tuned to data required.In order to achieve the purpose of selective frequency, save the battery energy. In this paper presents multiple disk exponential sequence scheme (MVESS) and multiple disk cluster the Fibonacci sequence scheme based on (MVCFS) scheme. MVESS and MVCFS plan to save battery power supply. Our plan is the role of the distribution of investigation and various environmental variables such as data objects, customer average speed and service area size. The resulting time delay and tuning is close to the optimal value,as our analysis and simulation results show. The main research work in this schemes as follows:one is to explore the proximity query promessing method based on two, is seeking in the wireless mobile environment, data dissemination best visit time and frequency modulation, thus saving the data transmission energy practical effect. Based on analyzing and summarizing the situation at home and abroad, puts forward a new viewpoint, introduces the principle of the nearest neighbor query data dissemination scheme of energy saving technology, describes the application case of typical wireless environment, and applies the research results related to important areas.
