The measurement theory of binocular stereo vision was produced in twentieth Century70years, Dr. Mar extracted the third dimensions of information from2D plane image, so as to realize the3D measurements of two cameras, laid the theoretical foundation of the binocular stereo vision. From physiology and bionics point of view, the two vision sensors of binocular vision system is similar to the human eyes. The eyes can be visual information imaging in the retina, and through the left and right eyes with complete recovery of3D information.On this research background, research work carried out as follows:First, the camera calibration, image distortion correction technology, the epipolar constraint calibration technology research. Implementation of the Zhang Zhengyou method, complete camera calibration; construct five order polynomial model, at the same time correcting radial distortion and tangential distortion image; based on image space rotation, to achieve the image epipolar rectification.Secondly, analyses the noise types of image and the cause of formation, construct a signal de-noising method combination. This method will mean filtering, Gauss filtering, histogram equalization, Laplasse sharpening technology together, at the same time to complete the removal of random noise and Gauss noise in the image, and the realization of the left and right image brightness difference balance.Thirdly, analyzes the key factors affecting the region matching, the similarity measure, the matching window size, the global optimization strategy is tested experimentally. Aiming at the dynamic planning area matching method is improved, by solving the control point in low resolution images, and improve the speed of execution.Finally, construct the binocular vision measuring system for the head, head is measured and reconstitution experiments, the experimental results confirm the validity of the research on the key technology of binocular vision of various.
