The Ontology-based Modeling Of Cloud Services For Analysis Of The Decision Problems

With the rapid developing of the knowledge economy, the factors about the influences of decision problem solving are uncertainty. Now increasing the difficulties for decision support system (DSS) to deal with a variety of complex problems. The difficulty of decision-making is increasing for users with its own knowledge and DSS in current society. Therefore, how to improve the decision problem solving quickly and accurately for DSS is one of the most important and difficult problem.The analysis of the decision problem is a process to understand the problem by taking advantage of related knowledge. And the purpose of understanding is to establish the models of solving it by identifying the type of the problem. Finally, the whole processes makes up the formation of solution about the problem. In this paper, ontology-based knowledge representation which holds the characteristics of knowledge sharing and reusing express the related concepts, relationship and the relationship between the concepts of the problem. And then the knowledge base about the problem is constructed right now. But it is a knowledge-intensive task for building and realizing the library because of the complexity of the decision problem. The current DSS cannot effectively utilize and analyze vast amounts of data, so it cannot achieve effectively the ontology-based problem analysis and decision-making services.Cloud computing holds the powerful hardware and software resources and has the characteristics of the high fault tolerance and high data security and resources-using of on-demand computing. Those advantages help the analysis of the decision problem.So the framework about cloud service for the analysis of decision problems is built combined with cloud computing technology which holds the powerful hardware and software resources. It facilitates knowledge learning and knowledge reasoning of the problem and identify the its type and models-solving.Starting from the knowledge sharing of ontology representation, the ontology-based framework of cloud service for the analysis of decision problems is constructed theoretically combing with the environment of cloud computing. The components, features, the scope of application and the service process of various parts of the service framework are introduced in detail. The structure of the knowledge base of decision problems is improved and optimized by means of the ontology technology. It facilitates knowledge sharing, learning and application of the problem under the service framework. The applications of the service framework are discussed. Taking an example of the related decision problem about the building of the ’two-oriented society’ the service framework of this paper proposing is verified feasibly.
